"I recently ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and a hamburger steak from this restaurant, and I was really disappointed. The burgers were extremely dry, and the fries were cold. The hamburger steak was supposed to come with gravy, but it arrived with absolutely nothing on it. I found their prices to be quite high for the quality of food I received. I nearly returned the food because it was so unappetizing. I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon. When I called to express my concerns about the meal, they didn't seem to care and hung up on me. Latta Kings, you really need to step up your game."

"Denise IS Awesome !! Yesterday was the first time my daughter I have ever been to Mona Lisa's. Denise was extremely patient, super knowledgeable on the dishes, explained which items were popular and which ones she herself enjoyed. When we got to the window, Denise was so sweet and lovely. She made such wonderful impression, that we will be returning. We ordered the Manicotti with meatsauce and the Lasagna with meatsauce. Both were superb. Thank you Denise!! I would've taken pics, but the hubby and kid devoured the food before I was able too."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager, Rick, kept showing an employee photos of his dog and wouldn’t stop chatting while the cashiers were busy working. When I tried to mention something to him, he was very rude. He also wasn’t wearing a mask and told me he didn’t need to. To top it off, they forgot to add mayo to my sub, which wasn’t good at all. If I could give it zero stars, I would."
