"Came for a meeting of one of my clubs. Wings are fantastic. Onion rings were good. Decent accessibility for wheelchair but you will not get out the front door if in wheelchair you won't get over the ditch of concrete at front door. Seems like a legal hazard if someone fell and hurt oneself. Honestly I had fell on an damaged entry before and I was awarded around 50k with lifelong injury that I carry. So please get it fixed. If just for the safety of others, not just to have accessibility If in wheelchair only way out is through back door, if and only if you move the the chairs and table blocking it. There is enough room if you are standing. But other than some accessibility issues this was a good dinner and really nice staff. But for Pittsburgh standard of accessibility it isn't horrible. Oh and it is curb parallel parking only and there is no curbs near that lower to ground so had to find broken areas to try to finesse up. "I’m not 100% if I personally have done something to offend the owners of this restaurant or what but I feel like I was singled out tonight. I have had bariatric surgery and you may ask why even go to a buffet but I only go because the other people in my family still have full stomachs and love this place. Each time we have went (3 times total) I have received a different outcome. The first time I explained the surgery fixed a single to go plate (not overloaded and no one else snuck food into it) primarily with protein options as that is what we are allowed post surgery. The second time I expected the same thing to be allowed and ordered a to go buffet. The waitress came back a few minutes later and said she was told that’s not allowed. I said ok I will just do the buffet (I do this other places and don’t mind paying for a buffet but it does make more sense financially especially with higher cost buffets to be allowed at least a full plates worth of food for the cost that is why I always ask for a to go buffet). I assume it was the owner that approached after that and explained why it is not allowed I said it was fine I understood and I felt like the conversation was respectful on both parts. Today we returned and I knew from last time the to go buffet was not an option. I decided since they advertise a menu I would order to save money and be able to take my leftovers home. They gave me a menu but when I tried to order crab legs they were out so I said ok I will take a steak. I was told she would have to check because they may not have any steaks. She went to the back and then came back out and talked to the lady that I assume is the owner after that I was told there were no steaks period. So I didn’t order I sat patiently and respectfully while my family ate without me. No problem I made this decision. However, my issue came about ten minutes before we left. The very same waitress that told me there were “no steaks” walked past our table with two plates that had a steak and a baked potato on them. My husband was the first to notice and I confirmed with my own eyes. In fact the steak plates passed us twice when they went back to the kitchen for some reason. Now I am sure there is a good reason for this but I am failing to see it. Maybe I should have said some before we left but honestly it hurts to feel that I got treated differently and I don’t understand why."
