"Went with great expectations, Michelin guide inspired. Noisy, dark room already a bad sign, if typical of many NYC restaurants these days. Then the cuisine: strangely seasoned, over-cooked, run-of-the-mill. The wine, not bad, but for a glass of Montepulciano, nearly after tax tip. A check for for two starters, two glasses of wine, and a shared main course. No thanks."
