"Very disappointed. I have always loved Palms, but I will not be returning. I went to get breakfast one day and due to some health issues I had to bring my own cup, so I could have something to drink. Before I could sit down she told me that I couldnot have my own cup and made me take my cup back to my car. She was not nice about the situation. Not accommodating at all. Irecently went back to give the establishment another chance and I told my waiter that my omelet was not done. The middle wasrunny and I could not finish it. Nobody did nothing, manager never acknowledged the situation. Female owner is not personableat all."
