"Unfortunately employees feel very entitled to treat clients poorly because they have a good product. The toxicity of the workplace is felt by customers which is unfortunate and it starts with who appears to be the manager (blonde lady) and it is contagious to the other employees. In summary, my wife ordered a type of coffee, they registered another coffee and refused to change the order and raised their voices to my wife. POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL customer service which is unexpected for a place that also supports a great foundation like Best Buddies- this also damages the name of this foundation"
