"I ordered several dishes, and while some were good, others missed the mark. Firstly, the Beef Pho was not true Beef Pho; I’m almost certain it didn’t use beef broth. The broth was flavorless and contained an overwhelming amount of whole black peppercorns... Wait, black peppercorns in Pho? Really? There was no cilantro or any real flavor in the broth, just spice. My wife had the beef and onion noodle salad, which she described as decent. The highlight of the meal was the BBQ honey pork rice; it was a bit dry, but the flavors were spot on. They used jasmine rice instead of broken rice. However, the pickled daikon and carrots didn’t taste quite right either. I haven't had a chance to try the Bahn Mi yet. I did get double charged for the Bahn Mi, but thankfully I spotted the mistake when I asked for the receipt. They corrected it, but I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t looked at the bill. Overall, with so many Vietnamese options in Quincy, I don’t think I’ll be returning. It just didn’t taste like Vietnamese food to me."
