"I'm sorry to report that I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitress seemed quite indifferent; she stacked dirty plates on top of my meal, and when I asked why she did that, I was told, "That's just how we do it." I politely requested that my food be remade, but it felt like I was being treated like an outsider. Eventually, I got my meal, but when I went to pay, my debit card was carelessly tossed onto the clipboard by two young staff members who acted as if we weren't even there. The staff was very rude, and I left feeling really unsettled. It seemed like the managers were absent that day, and the overall attitude of the employees reflected that."

"Delicious Japanese American/Hawaiian restaurant! This great little diner is tucked in the front of a local bowling alley and serves great Japanese American/Hawaiian food. They serve many Japanese and Asian dishes, as well as American diner fare, including breakfast dishes and sandwiches. The coffee shop includes Hawaiian staples into several of their dishes (e.g. Loco Moco, Portuguese sausage, Kalua pork, saimin noodles, etc. . The diner food is great too I had the chili rice and the chili was very tasty, and I consider myself a chili connoisseur. But the Japanese dishes are delicious as well. Their menu is very complete and robust. Tremendous find. The venue is a bit small, so probably no large parties. But, if you want some good Japanese American/Hawaiian food, or diner dishes, come check out Gardena Bowl Coffee Shop."

"It seems like this restaurant has improved their service! The order-taking process was efficient and the staff answered all my questions about toppings and combos. I didn't feel hurried by the employees. Both of my orders were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The service was excellent! Although the location could use some updates, I was willing to overlook that because of the fantastic service and sandwiches. I will definitely be returning as a customer!"

"I absolutely adore this place! I found it on DoorDash and decided to give it a shot, and I've been hooked ever since. "I've always passed by Broadway Grill Chicken in Chicago expecting a pleasant surprise. The outside posters of chicken on the grill are drool-worthy. Sadly, when I visited, I found myself a bit disappointed by what I found.Broadway Grill Chicken is located in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago. The giant posters of grilled chicken are appealing for those coming out of the Green Mill Lounge next door or waiting in line for a concert at the Rivera Theatre across the street.The interior is a bit rustic yet homey. The service we received is stellar. The menu has a variety of options ranging from diner food breakfast, Greek, burgers, chicken. The chicken I tried was the quarter chicken (dark) with french fries and mashed potatoes gravy. My girlfriend ordered the chicken tenders.The food came out fast which raised suspicion of the freshness of the food. The fries were good, yet unseasoned. Mashed potatoes were lacking but the gravy was great. The chicken I received was greasy in some spots and dry in others. I tried my best to drown the chicken in the given hot sauce to make up for the dryness and to add more flavor, yet it didn't overcome the dryness at all.My girlfriend's chicken tenders, though satisfactory, were also a bit dry. Imagine school cafeteria chicken tenders.We took leftovers due to the quantity of food but found the leftovers too hard to finish due to the dryness.2/5. Though I enjoy the service and proximity to Uptown's entertainment district, this place will need to revamp its food quality for us to come back."

"This is definitely my favorite NJ location for a delicious roast pork sandwich. The owners are so nice they make you feel like family! Also one time when they accidentally put broccoli rabe instead of spinach like I had ordered on my sandwich and they notonly made me a fresh new sandwich but they also gave me a gift certificate for my inconvenience. I was shocked as I wasnt angryor demading any compensation this is just how they run their shop. I will always recommend this place to anyone looking fordelicious sandwiches. Not only are the sandwiches the best around here, you also get that mom and pop sandwich shop feel and Ilove supporting small businesses especially when they make food as delicious as they do."
