"I was unexpectedly charged almost $40 at this Ontario restaurant about a year later. I have been patiently waiting for a refund and response from the restaurant, but they have still not provided an answer. This is unacceptable! If you are craving frozen yogurt, I recommend visiting a Menchi location or a different establishment altogether. Due to their faulty system causing a $40 charge, I advise taking your business elsewhere to avoid being intentionally overcharged. It is outrageous to charge a customer again after 31 days, let alone a whole year - this amounts to theft in essence."
