"This Taco Bell location is extremely disappointing. The regional manager, Courtney, seems to do as she pleases, often spending hours chatting with the managers while leaving the rest of the staff to handle things on their own. The store manager, Brooklyn, is lazy and often in a bad mood. The quality of the food here is subpar - you'd be better off making your own tacos at home. Both Courtney and Brooklyn are clearly not very good at their jobs, spending more time playing games on their phones or taking frequent smoke breaks than actually managing the restaurant."
