"I visited this place to grab a sandwich and noticed they had video poker machines, so I decided to give it a try. When I needed assistance, I asked who was working, and a heavyset lady sitting next to me mentioned that she was, but she was almost finished with her game and could help me in a few minutes. It was a bit odd, but I continued playing. After about 30 minutes, I inquired about getting a drink, and she became impatient, cashing out her ticket. As I approached the counter for my drink, I noticed she was cashing out multiple tickets and putting money in her pocket. This made me wonder: aren’t employees supposed to refrain from playing these machines while working? I don’t think I’ll be returning here in the future."
