"I strongly advise against ordering delivery from this restaurant. My orders have never been correct. They mislead the drivers by assuring them that everything is included, but something is always missing—whether it's a drink, tacos, or something else. When I called to address the ongoing issues, they simply told me that my order was ready for pickup, even though I had already paid nearly $20 for delivery. The quality of the food has really declined since they opened; it’s now pretty tasteless. I once ordered soup without vegetables, but what I received was packed with veggies and a large bone that had very little meat on it. Their customer service over the phone is awful and dismissive, which shows they don’t seem to care about their customers anymore. They don’t even try to offer a satisfactory solution. This place used to be a favorite, but I can’t understand what has gone wrong over the last couple of years."
