"I ordered the gluten free pizza and my husband ordered a Neapolitan crust with pepperoni. I appreciate that Fiammas makes their own gluten free crust. Not many pizza places do. They usually use a prebought frozen crust. My ingredients were fresh. I fomy crust be a little bland and the red sauce to be a little too acidic for my taste. Just my preference. I would have enjoyed to have goat cheese on my pizza but it wasn't on the menu. I tried my husbands pizza. The Neapolitan crust was flavorful. Aside from the acidity of the pizza sauce I enjoyed that pizza. My husband wasn't much of a fan he prefers Ny York style pizza. I think it all comes down to personal preference. The staff was friendly and very gratuitous and the restaurant was very clean."
