I initially wanted to order the grilled pork chop, but the special of the day was the smoked pork shank. After the waitress spoke so highly of it, I couldn't resist trying it, and it certainly lived up to its praise; the flavor was rich right down to the bone. The French onion soup, which is a personal favorite, was incredibly indulgent. For dessert, I opted for a snickerdoodle cookie, which was slightly undercooked and had the delightful consistency of warm cookie dough, perfectly complemented by vanilla ice cream. Walla Walla has many dining options, but this restaurant truly stands out as one of the best fine dining experiences around."
