"Despite COVID challenges, Bettola has re-opened with appropriate table distancing with staff masked and screening of customers with temperature checks. The food hasn't skipped a beat-fresh and delicious. We started with bruschetta-heirloom cherry tomatoes from their garden and homemade ricotta. The pasta dishes, bread and (especially) desserts were amazing. The service was excellent with Chris and Shaffer back serving and minding he house. It sits in a strip mall where you would not expect such a high-end restaurant. As a result, I suspect many who go are repeat customers. This visit was my wife's birthday and they were kind enough to treat her with some delicious Prosecco. We will be back!"
