We were told this is what sommeliers get and they fill out a sheet identifying the wine based on its color, density, smell, taste, aura, spirit animal etc. OK, maybe not the latter two, but you get the idea. This sheet was massive, and I'm pretty proud to say we almost went the whole nine yards.
