"was greeted in time by the hostess. about 5 minutes later, the hostess returned to say that our server was imprisoned and took our drink order. Not great, but also not bad. a table behind us sat around the time we sat. drink for the other table came out before our drinks order was taken and they also got their appetizer order before we got our drinks. then our waitress arrived when the hostess served our drinks. we ordered ahi avocado cake, turkey burger and fresh fish tacos. that was the last time we saw the waitress until we complained. the table behind us had another round drinks, finished dinner and ordered whisper before any of our food came out and when the food came out, it was lukewarm and led me to it being clogged and sat in the window. this is when we first complain and the hostess happens to be the only person we check. other waiting staff, just see through our glasses empty and no eating on the table. the manager came to our table and offered to make our teller new, but after 45 minutes bad service we decided to eat half warm food. then our waitress shows up and explains how she had other tables in the restaurant, which she had to wait for us and then offered to compose the appetizers and drinks. the restaurant was not as busy and as I said, we did not see it until we complained. the next time our waitress showed up, it was to ask if we wanted to whisper that we rejected and had prepared the bill. concerning eating, the ahi avocado cake was cold not much taste and only one of the cake had avocado in it. the fish tacos, where oily and lacked any real taste. the truthahnburger was dry and the bungalow was soggy. I'm not sure if this is dressed and sitting by the tellers or just not tasting well. I also get that we just have been that a customer who had the perfect storm to fall the cracks, but I don't try!"
