"We had a joint birthday event and La Industria did an amazing job getting us in and ready to celebrate. The location was formally Industry, and the food and options were excellent. But it sounds like it wasn’t capturing clients so they changed the concept to TexMex. I’m a big fan of the blend of Southern Boarder US and Hispanic influence food. But for me, and the family, the combinations of food and flavors were a bit off. The kiddos menu was narrowed down, the size and portions were massive and fell apart easily especially the bean and cheese burrito. As for the adults, we had the Carne Asada platter and the sweetness of the steak was off in contrast to the chimichurri, guacamole and rice. The Taco Chop salad was simply just Ingredients placed onto a plate…not mixed, not ready to eat. Odd. Here is what is dialed in! The Margaritas are all excellent. The Appetizer menu is excellent also with the Birria being the favorite and hearty enough to be a entire meal. Also, the Brussels sprouts were yummy, and the chili con queso. All and all, the service was excellent, the location of course is such a hidden escape, and the drinks and appetizers were dialed. I would like to see them not over do the creativity on some of the other meals tho. We will be back!"
