"This restaurant was bustling on Thursday evening around 7 PM. Our wonderful server, Louis, was incredibly helpful with recommendations, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel! He suggested we try the Cáusa con camarones, and it turned out to be a delightful dish with a wonderfully crispy texture that made it truly stand out. I opted for the Caesar salad, which featured tender and juicy pieces of rotisserie chicken. The salad was topped with generous chunks of Parmesan, making it look like cheese had been generously sprinkled all over! My husband enjoyed a half chicken with the sides Louis recommended: cilantro-lime rice and fried plantains. The sides and sauces really enhanced the flavor of the chicken! For dessert, we had a Coco fan that boasted an incredible texture with a coconut crust—it was simply amazing. The latte complemented the sweetness perfectly. Louis was attentive, friendly, and offered us a handwritten list of local landmarks to explore during our time in Miami. His charming personality made the food even more enjoyable, turning our night out with friends into a truly special experience!"
