She was friendly, engaged, attentive, and incredibly helpful, ensuring everything was accurate and prompt.
However, I must deduct a point for the poor air quality due to smoke coming from the casino, especially in the morning. It was quite unpleasant. The facility really needs improvements to better separate the smoking areas from the non-smoking areas."
