"Made a reservation for on New Years Eve. I called to confirm because the last time we went they had no record of our Open Table reservation saying the the manager manages it on his his phone and he was not there at the time. Whatever. We were seated and the food was great always. Anyway again no record of our reservations and its New Years Eve! After speaking with the manager they agreed to accommodate us. We ended up sitting outside. OUTSIDE on December in NJ! The only other couple there made the mistake of reserving on Open Table too. Now when I say outside we were under the roof but the only thing between us and the elements was a sheet if thick plastic. We could'nt hear the music inside and there was no ambience at all yet we still paid the NYE markup of per person for off food. I may or may not go back because the food is good but I will not be using Ooen Table to make the reservation. This is not a slam on Open Tabke. It was totally Terrazza's fault."
