"Great location, very good service and thats where it ends. The margaritas are so bitter you can’t taste the alcohol, even when you ask for hi-end spirits you can’t get past the bitter mix. Margaritas are easy Easy, tequila, fresh squeezed juice, simple syrup, an orange flavored liquor, weather it’s triple sec, Cointreau or Grand Marnier. Add the salt, it’s pretty simple. “Rib Eye” Fajita? It was so overcooked and salty. The vegetable were overcooked but accountable compared to the “ribeye”. The taco salad was average. Price extra for chips and salsa...."

"During our visit to the restaurant, another person who was not in line decided to cut in front of us while my wife was providing our name for our reservation. No one apologized for this. We were then seated at a small table as if we were not there for a full meal. Our waiter only visited our table three times, including to give us our check. This was our 5th or 6th time here and it was the worst experience we have had. We will be taking our money elsewhere."

"The food is great, but the service sucks. If I ever want to eat here I would order to go so you don’t deal with the unpleasant service. I am not sure if the bad service was because the had recently open. The restaurant was a bit cold, but they did seat us right next to 2exit doors. "The food was tasty, and the server was quick in getting us our food. What I didn't like, but it's happening at some other restaurants, is the automatic 18% gratuity. I understand if it's a party of six, but there were only two of us eating. If I don't like the service, do I have to pay that automatic gratuity?!!!! Now that I know it's automatic, I will probably venture to other restaurants that don't automatically add it to the bill. The server did deserve her 18%, but let me make that decision."

"My niece recommended this place for catering services we've used them twice and there was no consistency. We ordered the Churrasco twice which was amazing the first time they added the chimi churri sauce in a small pint container separately so each person can serve themselves recently this time they added 4 tiny containers inside with the meat the plastic literally melted.Also I ordered 1 full tray and 1/2 of Maduros (sweet plantains) which according to staff they doubled up in one 1/2 tray and they should really specify how many pieces comes per order I paid .88 per small piece of maduro which I literally found a bit much. The Ropa Vieja was the best dish honestly I wished I would've ordered a whole tray. The masita de puerco was not fully fried the fat was chewy and the meat was soaking in its oil, they added lemon wedges INSIDE again with the meat which I would've appreciated on the side as the lemon is meant to be cold and squeezed on top...same with the fried Yuca the sauce it came with which I think was vinegar and something else was inside with the food and the tiny containers melted and the juice poured inside making the fried Yuca mushy and heavy on the vinegar.All condiments should really be put on the side in a separate bag. Positive notes the company is reliable they are punctual and will work with you no matter the size of your party. I just wish they were more transparent."

"I am a bit disappointed. First I wanted to do the Too Good To Go for take out but they said they no longer do it even though their restaurant was still on the app. I?m giving this a 2 star because the hostess was nice. I decided to order the Steak Sushi to go. Something light considering it was late . I arrive home and it?s shrimp and my husband is allergic to shrimp. I wanted to call but they are closed so now we are stuck with this."

"It was a little pricey but the churrasco steak I had was excellent. It wasn’t chewy like rubber. Tables little to close to each other might as well sit on each other laps. Service was good but could of been better if you pay attention to your tables simple as making sure you have water and utensils. Music is extremely loud almost forgot it was a restaurant. Overall it was good if you want it more chill relax where you can hear yourself talk go to the Havana on Tremont but must admit food in both places are on point."
