"We had a few mishaps at our visit. First, the hostess told us that the OpenTable reservation didn't work (that the system wasn't working), even though we had a confirmation. We gave our name and sat at the bar right next to the hostess desk. After about a half hour, she came to find us and said she couldn't remember who we were. Okay. We sat at a table near the window and it was absolutely freezing! The kitchen was a little slow, but since it was Saturday night, okay. When the food came out, the sides weren't as hot as the main. The food was excellent and priced well. Families should come earlier because it is fairly loud and very popular with 20-somethings. The bar looked hopping, lots of margaritas being served. I would probably go back for lunch and make sure that we weren't near the front window. Not sure why their reservation system wasn't working, so I recommend calling to confirm, even though that defeats the purpose of OpenTable!!"
