"My companion and I had a fantastic lunch at Pueblo Viejo in Ft. Pierce. While it was a bit of a drive for us, it was definitely worth it. We wish the sister restaurants in St. Lucie West and Morning Side were on the same level as this one, but unfortunately they are not. We arrived right when they opened and were promptly seated, with chips and salsa brought to our table right away. The service was quick and friendly. I opted for the lunch pick-your-combo meal, choosing 1 beef taco that came with beans and rice. It was a generous portion, piping hot, and perfectly seasoned, especially after adding some salsa. My dining companion had 2 chicken tacos, which he described as excellent, along with chicken and rice that he also enjoyed. He plans to stick with the chicken tacos on our next visit because they were so good. The restaurant is clean, the service is excellent, and the food is top-notch!"
