"DO NOT COME HERE unless you are okay with paying the owner of this place to treat you like garbage at no fault of your own. The owner of this place is absolutely disgusting. He blames the customer for the staff 's shortcomings. Regardless of the quality of the food, no one wants to go somewhere to be treated like garbage while paying them. Specially when it is their fault. Not only were we, the customer, nice enough not to give them a hard time for the mistake they did, but the audacity of the owner to behave in such a way has no excuse. I can 't believe the staff is actually nice but the owner, OWNER, who should be grateful for his customers treats them as if he is doing us a favor.My family ordered a large order over the phone for pick up. When my sister arrived to pick up the order, she realized they had made a mistake and politely alerted the person at the counter. We have worked in customer service so we understand how nasty customers can get over a simple mistake. When the person at the counter walked over to the kitchen to notify the staff of the change . A man in the kitchen started screaming and cursing blaming us for the order not being correct and saying it was our fault while hiding his face. My sister asked the girl at the counter who that man was and how she could contact higher management to report the man 's behavior. The girl shyly responded saying that the man screaming was the owner. Needless to say our family will no longer be supporting this establishment."

"Let’s begin with the service, which was good—that's about the only positive aspect. Now, onto the food: I ordered a Tinga Gordita, which was decent, but I also tried a Pambazo that was disappointing and lacked flavor. The bottom bread was soaked in grease, which didn't taste pleasant at all. For my drink, I ordered a large Horchata, but it was sour. Another customer at the table in front of me ordered the same drink and confirmed that it tasted off as well. Overall, my experience wasn't great. I would recommend saving your time and money and looking for somewhere else to eat. Have a great day, everyone!"

"My wife and I were looking for some authentic Mexican food on our way to a concert at the wells fargo center and found this place on Google. We were definitely not disappointed! The food was amazing! Definitely authentic, and made with fresh and high quality ingredients! I had the enchiladas susias and a glass of horchata and both were fantastic. The gentleman that served us was very polite and timely when checking in on us to see if we needed anything. The environment was also very nice with Mexican music and decor that really solidified the authentic feel.I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Mexican food and high quality service for a good price. If I lived closer I would be a regular! This will definitely be my go to spot everytime I visit the area!"

Someone walks into the shop in front of me and their order went through. It seems random if they write your order down or not. "I literally just ate here and i just found a roach in my food and got turned off immediately. The food was pretty good. I ordered 2 goat tacos and a cow tongue taco and right when i was finishing i saw something small crawling in my plate and noticedit was a baby roach and I instantly spit the food out. I was disgusted and then i saw another roach on the table. I took myplate to the lady at the counter and she didn’t think it was a roach but she took it to the manager and the manager said udon’t have to pay, no apologies nothing. I told the lady they should clean up in the kitchen or get an exterminator. I wasgoing to be a repeat customer until i seen that roach in my food. Other than that the food took really long like 15 20 mins for3 tacos, the lady gave me a free soda which was nice, but I would’ve been happier if it wasn’t a roach on my platerespectfully."

"Super (lettuce) burrito. It was big. Pretty light though. 70% was shredded lettuce. They must be making cut backs cause the cheese was almost not there. It didn’t have onions, tomatoes or bean as advertised. The only distinguishable flavor was chicken(little dry but great flavor), some sour cream and LOTS of shredded Lettuce. I think they missed half the ingredients. Service was friendly. Portion size was large. Gave me two sauce packets for the super burrito.... I’d probably give it another shot. And try something else but not super impressed. Hot sauce was great! Just not enough of it."

"Food is yummy. Prices have gone up recently. Still fair pricing. Ran into an issue with an order for my coworkers and I. The order was double checked on the phone but when we received the order we had one different item. Called and spoke with someone who said that 's what you ordered . Then spoke with the person who took my order the first time and she said we must 've gotten the wrong item by mistake that she would fix it and we 'd get it asap. When the driver arrived he asked us to pay we then had to explain the situation to him and hand him back the torta that we had already opened and touched (gross but I can see why they 'd do it . Aside from some rude staff. The food is good : maybe try ordering from ubereats or grubhub so you don 't run into this type of issue"

"My boyfriend introduced me to this spot and it was the first place in awhile where I had fresh homemade tortillas. Something so comforting about their tortillas I haven't had any others like it. I usually get Asada and Al pastor tacos. However their Tortas are amazing as well. Come to think of it, everything I've had has been amazing and delicious. The Huaraches and burritos are pretty massive. My favorite aquas fresca is the pepino lemonade but sometimes they have orange which is fantastic. The family that runs it have been some of the most pleasant people I've encountered. There is definitely love put into their food.My boyfriend always gets the suadero tacos as it's his favorite. We come at least once a week! Must try :"

"The food at this restaurant is good, but the service is ranked as the worst and slowest in Arizona. Customers often have to wait for an hour or more for their meals to arrive at the table. It is a consistent issue that happens every time we visit, and we see it happening to others around us as well. Recently, a customer asked for a drink and the waitress had to take time to write it down as she couldn't remember the name. Another customer asked for water and the server didn't know what it was, having to come back and ask. This is unacceptable and the owners need to hire better staff or provide better training to avoid frustrating customers who have to wait for their meals and drinks for hours."
