"We had high hopes for this restaurant for several reasons: the prices are reasonable, it's conveniently located nearby, and the owners and staff are very friendly. However, after ordering a few times, we've noticed that the crust is consistently soggy and lacks the crispness we were hoping for. As a native New Yorker, this was quite surprising. We even attempted to reheat the pizza in our oven at home, but the bottom crust still remained soggy. On a positive note, the toppings were delicious, and both the cheese and sauce were enjoyable. It's a shame that the crust didn't meet our expectations. If you don't mind a soggy bottom crust, this place might work for you. Unfortunately, despite our excitement, the pizza didn't quite hit the mark."
