"Food, atmosphere were very good, service at times was a bit of a issue(though our server was very pleasant) I would like to think maybe everyone has a off day, or was just overwhelmed at the moment? We had olive cheese app, it was awesome. The main courses we has were chicken parm(wonderful), I had a pasta(angel hair) chicken the description of the sauce wasn't what I was expecting(I wanted more of a Mediterranean style, but it was good. The side salad was very good. We both took home extra we couldn't eat (that is very rare for me. Over all a good experience, will go back. Darrell C"

"Most of the food was outstanding, service was good, but the timing was off. They forgot my food which they had to make and were late on my mom's pizza when they brought out the other three main dishes. My brother's steak was overcooked and not cooked properly but it was the last rib eye so we couldn't order another. They did give us a 10% discount. Extremely nice and worked hard to make it right. They do need to work on ticket times, service quality, and ensure the table is getting the items they order in a timely manner and the food is cooked properly. I applaud the effort to make it right. The pasta was delicious and we will give it another try."

"So I had dinner in this restaurant before my meal was served I got 2 bungalows in a basket and only ate a my dinner came and to be honest, the service was ok (there was only me and another couple in. it) and my meal was good, then it was bad. I asked for my rest to be packed and the server asked if I wanted to pack the other bungalow, I rejected the offer. I watched the server behind the theke and could not believe my eyes that he took the bun from the basket and put it down to be sure that I had seen what I was up and went into the washroom and safe enough that he had put it back into the pan with all the other buns. that made my bauch turn, I could have done something to this bungalow, and who had the bungalow I had eaten before me and what they did with it. this is an extremely eclectic practice for a restaurant. I don't know who the health inspector is in quebec, but I intend to find out. I faced the server on this, but all he could say is what he is done to do by the owner or manager. I still had to pay for my overpriced meal with charges for ordering Alfredo sauce instead of her meat sauce. never again!"

"Antica Sicilia was highly recommended to us. We have now been there twice; once with our family and once as a date. Our experience is consistent. We have not had a meal there that took less than 2.5 hours. The first time, the staff had a large party come in, so we sat and waited for over an hour between ordering our entrees and getting them. The staff apologized and gave us complimentary dessert. We tried them again. This time, the waiter just vanished us for an hour once our appetizer was delivered. Another staff member brought a box 30 minutes in, but no one filled or water or wine glasses. When our waiter finally came back, he expedited the rest of our meal. The food is good, but based on our experience, I would say this business cares more about its bottom line than its customers. The staff does not seem to be able to work as a team. I would not recommend Antica Sicilia. There are plenty of places in town that have good food and the service isn’t negligent. I get the concept of a slow meal, but that is a different experience than just being left for an hour in the middle of a meal."
