"We decided to try Buciato for lunch after a Bainbridge Book Festival event. Wonderful decision. We shared one of their inventive salads, the Cuoco, which is a definite highlight with it's radiccio, Mama Lil's peppers, cheeses, olives, charcuterie and parmesan dressing. There were many tempting pizzas, but we decided on the Americano with it's tiny pepperonis and a perfect pomodoro sauce, oregano and mozzerella. Great chewy crust from the Neapolitan style pizza, although we were a little awkward with the pizza shears. Managed to gobble it all down! Since we were there for lunch and had a long drive after, we didn't indulge in the cocktails, but I would definitely give them a try for dinner. Wonderful service and pleasant decor. Even though it was very busy, the acoustics were good, and we could enjoy our conversation. Can't wait to return! (The prosciutto looked amazing so much too try next time)."
