"Service is not good. Food was good I went with My family to eat as we was there our server did not come to us or even check up would have to flag down to get a refill which they charge again which is not a problem. But not only the server the staff that kept refilling the food while trying to move out there way one of them said move instead of excuse me again tried to make room let them by also at the end while trying to pay even tho I feel like a TIP SHOULD BE EARNED ON SERIVCE I was still tipping and the server didn't like his tip and stood next to me till I gave him more and even asked me where's the tip even tho he seen there was already one there but he walked away with a 40 dollar tip for no service just bringing. Drinks smh. Again food was ok but the service of that waiter and staff was not good server/staff putting food in host was ok no issues"

"I called in a order, after 45 minutes it had not arrived. So I called to check on it. The man who answered says, oh yeah it 's going out now . In my opinion that 's unacceptable, especially since I waited to order specifically during a time they weren 't busy. The food was of course was warm. The pork fried rice was good. The sesame chicken sauce was good, but the chicken was too chewy. The fried dumplings would have been good if they didn 't get soggy from sitting around waiting for the order to go out. I can 't say that I 'll order from there again."

"First of all, the place was incredibly clean, and a staff member was always attending to the buffet, ensuring everything was tidy. The level of service was just right—attentive but not overbearing. The buffet was also very reasonably priced! The food was delicious and moist, and I absolutely loved the variety on the menu. I can't wait to go back for the Lobster with Ginger Scallion! Overall, we were really happy with our experience! The buffet was EXCELLENT, and I truly don’t understand why it has a rating of only 3.9! The prices were great too! If you have the chance, definitely try the lunch buffet—it’s fantastic!"

"Really horrible service. Almost a half hour in the delivery guy called and told us that we needed to show give him the credit card that we ordered with and the id that matches the credit card to make sure that it matches the one that we gave him on the phone. We had ordered four meals and after an hour we called to see where the order was. They told us that the order was just being packed up and that is was on the way. So we waited outside for another 20 minutes, even though Apple maps says our house is only 4 minutes from their store by car. When the delivery man got here 10 minutes later his excuse for being late was that he had gotten pulled over and had gotten a ticket for speeding to get here. The food was then barely warm and flavorless. We will never order from here again."
