"We were seated right on time, and our server arrived promptly. We ordered appetizers and drinks, which were served quickly. One person in our group ordered two additional appetizers as his main dish, but those were supposed to arrive after everyone else received their main courses. Unfortunately, his chicken wings were overcooked to the point of being inedible. On a positive note, the spinach salad and curry dishes were excellent. However, when the main courses were finally served, my husband's dish was delayed by another 20 minutes, leaving the rest of us already finished with our meals. Service was lacking; we had to seek someone out to refill our water and to inquire about my husband's main dish. As locals who usually enjoy the food here, we were disappointed by the service this time. Our friends, who were visiting for the first time, have decided not to return."

"Reliable tasty, service was plentiful but inconspicuous for basic details, i.e. coffee without offer or bring cream or sugar, brings toast without butter (toast is cold fast, so butter is best brought with automatic and ask to delete our plates again while a member of our party still eats. It is good to see that the restaurant has enough staff in numbers, but at least four different staff visits us (two servers and two bus drivers? but that meant that we repeated the same questions from different people, successively, and several repeated mistakes were made with simple beverage orders, and it felt reluctant: the dessert menu because we were asked several times, again before one in our party had finished his main course. There was no obvious rush for the table, but I think the staff was simply not sure what to do because it wasn't busy enough for them? Nothing that could not fix some training and better communication between employees. I love eating at GLK and appreciate the outdoor dining option. Great addition to the Dimond. It's nice that they're overstaffed, instead of being understaffed and happy they're still open and survive the pandemic so far!"

"As you walk down the road to Fireflour, the intoxicating aroma immediately catches your attention. Despite its small size, don't be fooled - this restaurant is a hidden gem. Upon opening the door, the delicious scent envelops you in a pizza paradise. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere, engaging in pleasant conversations. The olives were a standout dish, perhaps the best we have ever tasted. Although they still contain pits, the flavor is unmatched. The thin crust pizzas strike the perfect balance of chewy, soft, and crunchy. Each bite is a explosion of tangy, savory, robust, and tantalizing flavors. We had both a white pizza and a red pizza, both of which were phenomenal. Despite the long drive to Bismarck, Fireflour is worth it for the top-notch pizzas. We give it a perfect 10 out of 10 recommendation."

"I thought that was the kind of facility that was only visited by Boujee people who put raisins in their potato salad. I was wrong and found a well-rounded crowd to be present. During the scale, it is not like some other raised steak houses that are dark and stuffy. There are even TVs in the bar. The vibe is contemporary and busy during peak hours. There are both indoor and outdoor seats. Although the exterior seats can be closed after the darkness. The cocktails are exceptionally good and they have a respectable wine selection. The orchid is a 10/10. I'm special about pasta being overpriced, and these guys are worth it. Both food and drinks came out quickly and the staff was attentive. Parking is valet. It's probably a good idea to make a reservation. Especially for a weekend. Random, the toilets are only occupied. The handles on the doors make you believe they are not. Several doors should have been a hint, but unfortunately. Just saying other people made the same mistake. Lock the door. People miss the “Leerstand” indicator."

"We placed a takeout order and found it amusing that the website asked for our car make and model, as if they were going to bring our food to us curbside. However, there’s no parking in front of the building! It was just a funny little quirk. As for the food, it was mediocre at best, especially since the to-go boxes were only half full. The Ginger stir fry lacked any noticeable ginger flavor. On the bright side, the dried cranberries were a nice touch in the cream cheese wontons. The prices seemed reasonable initially, but we later discovered that they didn’t include a protein, which added an extra $3-4 to everything. It’s not a huge deal; I know prices have gone up everywhere. Just a heads up!"

"We spent the day in the Bishops Arts area. Stopped in Enzo's with a party of 6 for pizza. We had salads, artichoke dip and pizza. The bartender was very friendly. The waiter was attentive. The artichoke dip was good, totally different than the usual, salads were fresh, the pizza is more of a flat bread. It is like pizza toppings on a cracker. It was a nice change and everyone enjoyed it but it was not the usual pizza. The atmosphere is lively and the restaurant has a great location. We had a good time and would come again."

"Tried Alley Cat Cafe for the first time on New Year's Eve, and it was fantastic! They had a special menu in addition to their standard menu, and my husband and I ordered the surf and turf off of the special menu. It was excellent. The portion was perfect (two size options for the surf and turf), and the filet was prepared exactly as requested. Definitely will go back to try something off of their standard menu. The location is close to home, the chef definitely knows how to cook, and the ambience of the cafe is warm and welcoming!"

"This visit may have been a one off, but this restaurant’s quality has changed. Our scones were dry and not very flavorful. Our small cakes tasted as if they’d been previously frozen as they weren’t fluffy at all. Our sandwiches were good, but not memorable. We had several very friendly servers help us, but it wasn’t easy getting help. The surroundings are lovely and comfortable. My herbal berry tea was delicious. I was celebrating my birthday on this occasion. They turn down the lights as they bring a very mini cupcake with a lighted candle from the back as they sing “Happy Birthday to You”."

I typically visit the Biggby on W Saginaw Hwy every Monday, but I noticed that their coffee has been tasting different lately, so I decided to try a new place. "If you are going to charge $61 for a standard size New York strip, it should be high quality and prepared to your specification (in this case, medium-rare). My husband 's steak was neither. They offered to take it back presumably to cook it further, but that is usually a disaster with steak and my entree was in front of me so my husband elected to eat around the raw part and the veins. He had also ordered fries, since everything is a la carte with the steak and we got a salad bowl full of soggy fries; we only ate a few of those because the lower in the bowl you went, the soggier they became."

"The food met my expectations and was good overall. I ordered the spicy mango chicken, which was warm but a bit dry—probably why it came with so much sauce. The "spicy" mango flavor seemed to be just a spicy sauce layered on top of the mango sauce instead of a blended sauce, so I would likely skip that option in the future as it wasn't what I anticipated. The tofu was quite good and may be the best I've had since moving to Austin a few years ago. I've often struggled to find decent non-fried tofu at Chinese restaurants, but this place delivered. My only real issue was with the sauce; it felt excessive, as if the dish was swimming in it. The chicken, noodles, and tofu were all piled on top of a salad and were covered in sauce. It seemed like they went overboard since I didn’t specifically request dressing. By the end of the meal, it was a bit overwhelming, like I was drowning in dressing. Next time I visit, I’ll probably ask for less sauce or try a different option to see if that improves the experience. Overall, it's a decent spot, but the sauce situation kept me from giving it a full five stars."

"Biggby coffee is a nice little place to get a little caffeine boost. They are about on par with Starbucks as far as quality, and my favorite part is a lot of their drinks are pretty basic and not overly sweet. When I get coffee, I prefer it to taste like coffee and not some kind of weird, overly sweet desert. Their prices are decent, I think they could be a little lower but I'm happy to pay the price as I only go here every so often. Service is usually pretty good, and not a long wait."

"The best flavor coffee. For me Starbucks is too bittery but Biggby has just figured it out. I've never had bad service ever at this location and staff is always super friendly. Cost is a little high, so I can't afford it often or this would be my daily coffee stop. There's always a bit of a wait if anyone is ahead of you in line, so don't stop if you're in a huge hurry. But, if it's a nice cold morning and you have a little time for a perfectly brewed delicious cup of coffee, this is definitely the best stop to make."

"Of course Biggby is a chain, so you probably already know what you're getting. The servers at St. Joe Biggby are always cheerful, helpful and responsive. Drinks come exactly as they should, so skills much be up-to-par too. My only knock is that I wish Biggby (the chain) carried more sugar-free flavors, and I wish this location had a drive-thru or an order-from-phone and someone will bring to your car option. But all in all, these are tetchy little things, can't fault this location with either so, it's worth a visit if you are in St. Joe and need a little pick-me-up! Biggby coffee is, IMHO, far superior to Starbucks (Starbucks always has a bit of a burnt flavor to their roasts, IMHO; Biggby does not)."
