"Had this legendary spot on my list to visit for ages and finally made it down this was for tortas and smoothies (and some post lunch bowling nearby of course) and was not disappointed. It's fresh juice and smoothies in the front, tortas in the back. Come as hungry as you can imagine being and prepare to leave well sated to the point that further meals in the next day or two will seem completely optional, as these suckers are huge! Everything was quite delicious. We ordered a couple of juices and tortas to share for the juices we picked a couple that I think went well with the tortas a Carrot Gold and a Golden Delicious felt healthy and fresh and were quite tasty. Tortas were huge (it bears mentioning twice) lush, packed with ingredients and bursting with flavor. Loved the Hawaiian, which balanced spicy pork and jalapeños with pineapple and huge avocado slices. Also tried the Espanola Doble for a more breakfast y vibe. We barely finished the delicious stuffed sandwiches. If I had a complaint, it's weird but I'd say the menus are almost too overwhelming literally hundreds of juices and dozens of tortas to choose from, all on colorful signs above the counter and some with alluring photos...by the time we ordered I was wickedly hangry. I'd seriously consider checking the menu out before going and having an idea of what you want."

On my next visit, I can't wait to try the Vanilla Blue Sky, the Waffle, or the sweet Pretzel!"

"I hadn't had Jamba Juice in ten years, and I had forgotten how amazing the texture of their smoothies is. It feels great to enjoy a healthy drink. I was a bit taken aback by the prices, though. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my order, especially considering my hearing difficulties. 6/27: I'm back for my second visit and used the app this time for a 50% discount. Awesome deal! However, it seems like this smoothie has less peanut butter than the last one."

"The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent, but the smoothies never disappoint—they're always delicious. Even if they're out of certain fruits, they’re happy to substitute with one of your choosing. However, I recently had a frustrating experience on the morning of May 11 that caused me to drop my rating from 4 stars to 3. When I arrived, there was no one at the front to assist me, and despite calling out for help, no staff came. Just as I was about to leave, one staff member finally showed up, but without any apology. He seemed uninterested and simply left my order on the counter without a friendly goodbye."

"Jamba Juice in Grass Valley never fails to impress! I really appreciate the variety of healthy options they offer. I tried a wheatgrass shot with an orange wedge, and it gave me an incredible energy boost! They also have some prepared snacks that complement the drinks nicely. Plus, they offer gift cards. Chloe, the manager, was friendly and super helpful. There's seating available both indoors and outdoors. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!"

"I have had better customer service in Jail. I ordered ahead in app I show at approximately the time given no drink I wait a few more mins I ask prep person said no sweat I got you mean time 4 new walk up orders come and go and when I ask, the cashier tellsthe prep person oh we must have gave it away. At this point I say wait make mine and let?s not put anyone in front of me please. The prep person a female grabs the closest pitcher sloped it into a cup slammed it in the counter and gave me the there it islook. And during all this the only male in the place working there was shooing people back and giving them disgusted looks forcoming in to wait. Saying only 6 people very Rudley and dismissive. I won?t be back to this location."

"The Jamba Juice at this location may have a smaller staff, but they still deliver the same delicious and high-quality drinks. I ordered three large drinks, and my favorite was the Mango Go-Go LOL, which came to about $23. Given the scorching heat of 107°F today, it was worth every penny. Just a note, even though the windows are tinted dark and might give the impression that they're closed, be sure to check the door because they are open for business. Don't forget to explore their menu!"

"Jamba Juice is an excellent spot for your classic smoothie or a quick snack. The building features a sleek, modern design, highlighted by a large electronic menu displayed on the back wall. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of drinks, baked goods, and more, as I initially thought it was solely a smoothie shop. There’s almost no waiting time, and the staff is eager to assist with anything you need. My personal favorites include the Strawberry Surf Rider smoothie, the Apple Cinnamon Soft Pretzel, and the Belgian Waffle. "I visited the restaurant on Wednesday afternoon at 3:24 PM to order two large wild strawberries. Unfortunately, after waiting until 4:00 PM, we had to leave without receiving our order or a refund so my granddaughter could get to work on time. During the 35 minutes we spent there, only one other customer left with their order. The service was terrible!"

"After seeing a negative review on Yelp, I decided to check out Jamba Juice for myself. When I arrived, I was the only customer there, and Jayy assisted me. He was courteous and made a fantastic peanut butter chocolate smoothie. The store looked clean, though there was limited indoor seating and just two tables outside. I should note that I visited before the lunch rush, as this location can get quite busy during peak hours."

"I added some extras to my drink, but they weren't labeled, so when I picked up my order, I had to ask about them. The staff member seemed surprised, and I soon found out he had given me the wrong drink—my son ended up with the one that had energy and vitamin boosts, and he's only 8! I tried to make a joke to lighten the situation, but they were completely unresponsive. I understand that working with teenagers can be challenging, but there's no excuse for this kind of behavior in a business. I would like a refund for the price difference and the swapped drinks. If I were the owner, I would feel embarrassed to have these employees representing my establishment. A simple smile can make a huge difference."

"My experience at Jamba Juice today was disappointing. I've visited many other Jamba locations, and none have been as bad as this one. Firstly, there was a long wait to place our order and an even longer wait to receive our drinks. After waiting for an hour to get our order, the staff seemed indifferent to our lengthy wait. This made it difficult for us to explore the rest of the shopping center. I believe any other place would have provided better service and timing.
