"We have been regular customers for over a year, but the quality and accuracy of the food delivery have been consistently unreliable. Sometimes we'll receive only a few sparse strawberries, while other times the ratio of strawberries to bananas is off. Additionally, there are occasions when there is hardly any Nutella or granola included. Given the price of the food, this is completely unacceptable. They need to ensure their staff is properly trained to meet product standards.
To make matters worse, if we request an addition like coconut flakes, they certainly charge us for the extra, yet 7 out of 10 times, the coconut flakes are missing from our Acai Nutella Berry Bowls. This issue is particularly frustrating when we order takeout and don’t realize until we’re home, 20+ minutes away, or when using Uber Eats.
We have also heard similar complaints from other customers regarding absurd wait times, even when there is no line. It seems there is a lot of confusion and disorganization among the staff at the counter, which likely contributes to the inconsistent quality and frequent errors with special requests. Below are the $22 Acai bowls we ordered, which were supposed to come with paid-for coconut flakes that were never added."
