"I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The price per person was between $50 and $100, which I found to be quite reasonable for the quality offered. The food was absolutely outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Lastly, the atmosphere was delightful, also rated a 5. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a pleasant evening out. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!"

"We enjoyed our breakfast from Grossman's, but there were a couple of hiccups that made this less than 5 stars. Ordering online was easy and gave us enough time to walk to pick up our takeout order. Pick up was not totally smooth. We arrived at the pick upcounter at the back and then were essentially ignored for between 5-10 minutes until the host came from up front. Took another 5minutes for him to find the other in the kitchen. The pastrami smoked salmon was delicious but each half bagel had 2 slicesonly. I do realize smoked salmon is not cheap, but $6 worth of smoked salmon should be a quarter pound listed at $22 perpound). The bagels were very tasty and had a good chew without being bready. Still worth it though and would recommend."

"Had a ladies ' night with 5 friends at Tico on a Saturday night in November. The ambiance was warm and inviting with a variety of patrons both young and old. Initially service was very attentive with drinks coming out quickly and the waitress checking multiple times on our readiness to order food. Food was delicious, we tried a number of options on the Small Plates section of the menu and the mac n cheese was the crowd favorite. However it seems that after a large party arrived, our table may have become less of a priority. The second round of drinks (margaritas) had too much lime and when we asked for another pitcher and to have our food packed up, we were instead brought the bill and the food was cleared away. Not sure if our waitress was overwhelmed or if there was some confusion in communication the energy got very lively towards the end of our meal and it might have been hard to hear. All in all the food was certainly worth the trip and all of us were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable check!"

"My wife and I were here a few months ago and decided to return. This was our second visit since a flood devastated the building. We began with a pitcher of Sangria and ordered Chicken with mushrooms and Shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Both entrees were delicious. A salad was served with the meal. The dining room gets quite noisy, but it's worth the noise to enjoy truly outstanding food."

"The food was good enough, but a restaurant in the heart of the theater district can't have such slow service. We were seated at 5:15 and still did not have our entrees at 6:20. We had theater tickets, and had to ultimately scarf down our food to make the show. They offered us a free drink, but we'd already had enough to drink at that point, and they didn't comp any drink we'd already had. The place was also really tattered looking. Needs a refresh big time. Highly don't recommend."
