"Amazing food and incredibly kind people who truly strive to serve their customers. There's a new employee who worked for a little over a week and needed help with the cash register. I could tell she was feeling terrible about the hold up, and I insisted that cash takes time to get used to. I was incredibly pleased to see one of her colleagues help her through the process, and it was definitely worth the wait... not only did they have uniquely crafted food and delicious naturally flavoured juice, the colleagues help their fellow colleagues when the help is really needed, and it gave me alot of faith and hope for humanity. If you are near Yale, New Haven, please give Shake Shack a try."
