"Highly disappointed in this family business . My daughter dropped her drink in my car today. I told her to ask for a replacement while I 'm in my car cleaning up a mess of milk tea and boba. Even at a restaurant when my kid accidentally drops their plate of food, their food would get replaced because kids make accidents. My daughter came back and told me, they refused to give her a replacement and that she had to bring money for another drink. You already messed up my order and I had to return because my drink wasn 't the correct size. Unfortunately during that time I went to get that corrected, my daughter 's drink fell off the middle compartment in my car and the cup broke and spilled everywhere. Don 't worry Luxe, I won 't be returning. I ignored the warnings from friends about the high prices in the past and ignored long waits for my orders. This broke the camel 's back when you denied a little six year old girl a replacement drink. I 'll take my money elsewhere especially to an establishment that is more family oriented with better service."
