"This feedback covers two visits. Both were via the drive-thru. On my first visit, the 3-piece combo ordered: original chicken with sides of mac-n-cheese and coleslaw and a Pepsi was very good. Included freshly cooked moist chicken (two large breast pieces and a drumstick), all items were served at the correct temperature. KFC coleslaw is a favorite for its taste and texture. Biscuit was soft. The macaroni and cheese was ehh, a little soupy. Second visit made a few days later to redeem the BOGO free chicken sandwich offer for completing survey was a similar good experience. The chicken breast on the sandwiches were large, thick, crispy outside and moist inside on soft, steamed buns. Added slices of cheese from my home supply (less expensive that way). I split one sandwich with a family member, who also equally enjoyed it. Saved the second sandwich for lunch the following day so the sandwiches hold up well to reheating. The service was prompt and polite on both visits. After paying on the second visit, I was asked to pull my vehicle up by the front entrance to wait, but it was only a couple minutes before a friendly associate brought out my order."
