"This local favorite reminds me of the menu at the diners in my hometown of New York City. An amazing array of food for such a small place. I've never had anything there that did not taste good. It's basic American fare with the best french fries in the valley. It's also the place to go after Little League games for ice cream. Lots of soft serve flavors. Outdoor seating on the Square makes for great people watching, and they have an indoor eating space for rainy days. Not the best ambience, but it's almost always quiet there. Wheelchair accessibility: The only way into the ordering area is up a couple of steps so you will have to have somebody help order for you but they will bring the food out to you if needed. You can also call in your order and they will bring it out when you get there. "This restaurant is consistently impressive! The food is always flavorful and served hot. You don’t have to wait long for your order, and usually, there’s no wait to be seated. The bar area is stunning. If there’s ever an issue, they make sure to correct it. The portion sizes are quite generous across the menu. They also offer great lunch and dinner specials. The owner is very friendly and attentive to customers. If you haven’t been here yet, I highly recommend giving it a try – you won’t be disappointed!"

"I wish the wait staff had checked on us more frequently so we didn't have to wait for drink refills. We weren't offered any chip refills either, and as a large family at a big table, two small baskets weren't enough, even with a large bowl of cheese sauce. We would have liked more chips and salsa, as it's one of our favorites! The waiter was a bit stern; my suggestion would be to smile and use a kind tone. We were also accidentally charged for two to-go meals, but this error was quickly corrected once it was brought to their attention. "We had a family reunion here last night, and they accommodated us in a spacious room at the back. I'm visiting from New Mexico, and my nephew and his wife came in from Boston. The service we received was excellent, and the food was outstanding. As a fan of Mexican cuisine from living in New Mexico, I can say their dishes are as close as you can get to authentic New Mexican flavors. Thank you for the wonderful service!"

"atmosphere: such a nice restaurant! the walls are colorful, the decoration is festive, and the tables have pictures on them. I don't know if all the tables were like that, but more longer I saw the picture on my table, the more interesting details that there was to notice. our waiter often came enough that our drinks were never long empty and the chips and salsa were quickly filled again. some other places do not ask if they want more chips and salsa when it was emptied, but la siesta did! they had a good balance to give us the personal space while at the same time ensuring that our needs were met. with worker 5/5 eat: I ordered the vegetarian fajitas. they were good, although they tasted like sweet in only oil sawed. I think adding a little spicy would make this super. the chips and salsa were also very good. I would eat here definitiw again! food: 4/5"

"The place is nice and always busy. I go in every single day no joking every day I order the same food eggs Benedict the cooks literally send out slop!! I have sent orders back to them two and three times in one day. I have went back myself and gave it to the cooks they do not know how to make poached eggs. I get hard-boiled eggs I get the yolks hard-boiled I get snotty slimy eggs because they're just rushing and don't care! Where are you can sit at the bar you can see through the window to the Cox I want to take it back to them they have something to say is if you're cussing out the customers. Disgusting and rude and disrespectful. When you're spending $17-$35 every day seven days a week you think he would get your food correctly. Why do I continue to come here or you may ask because there's a waitress by the name of the Nix that is absolutely awesome and the manager Maria they go back and give them hell but they still just don't know what they're doing If you go here I would definitely recommend not not getting the eggs Benedict something easy to order that they were going to be able to make it make correctly they have five and six guys back there laughing joking sexual comments To the staff. When you're sitting out here and you're listening to them talk speaking Spanish in there talking about the women's breasts and that they have no but it's absolutely disrespectful and degrading to women trust me they don't understand who all understand Spanish it's not just them I speak it fluently The new hostess is absolutely rude upfront she doesn't even look at you she just takes your car to your payment and runs it and stairs at you with dagger eyes but when she's around the other staff joking and playing around that's a different story it's all about customer service and this place really needs some training Hey Staff is absolutely awesome, however just some of them are really terrible the girl at the front when I went to pay she says cash or credit debit or credit I'm not hello how was your meal nothing very rude so my card was locked and it didn't go through so I had to unlock it and then when I was waiting to leave I waited for her to say thank you or something so I had to end up saying thank you and she says oh I said it was she has a mask on so I don't know I'm not sure what's going on here but it's a really fun nice place and I so enjoy going there when this is all about customer service that's all the service which they would want good customer service if they went out to eat somewhere or they would be complaining are you have to really research I need to find the owners name and number I really need to meet with him about this I will follow up"

"New Year, 2022: my first visit to the restaurant! I decided to try the lunch special, which included rice, a burrito, and a tamale. The second photo (which should actually come first) captures the chips and salsa I received right away, along with my unsweetened iced tea. I was pleased to find that the chips and salsa were delicious, and the tea was perfectly balanced—not too weak or strong. The meal was quite satisfying, so I ended up taking half of it home.
