"I’ve been visiting Lens for 55 years, but my experience yesterday was the worst I've ever had. I typically avoid long lines, so when I noticed only two people outside, I thought it was a great time to stop in. Unfortunately, that was not the case! The tips I received were excessively salty and of a lower quality than I’ve come to expect. They were fatty, tough, and undercooked—some pieces were still pink. Initially, I thought the saltiness might be from the sauce, but since I ordered the sauce on the side, that wasn't the case. The fries were drenched in sauce, but the meat was not coated at all, making me wonder if perhaps it was someone else's order. Normally, the entire container gets a generous amount of sauce, and I don't typically ask for it on the side. Additionally, I ordered a small portion, not a large one. The main letdown was the undercooked meat, which is simply unacceptable."
