"The service has really gone downhill. Obviously the prices charged for food has made its way to the servers, as many have been there for years. This morning, we had the worst service we have had in years. When our breakfast was brought over, it was clear the server did not look at the food the toast was burnt and the strawberries were mashed and covered in a fruit syrup certainly did not look freshly cut and there were no raspberries or bananas, as represented when we ordered. We flagged down a manager who was able to rectify the situation. Our server was nowhere to be found for the next 40 minutes. We had people walk by our table, look over, but never clear our plates, it took about 15 minutes after I pushed my plate to the very edge of the table for it to be finally cleared. As for the $9 coffees, good luck finding people to fill that more than twice in an hour. The yogurt was good; the bagel with salmon was good, though very skimpy on the salmon. The service was poor."
