"I have mixed feelings about leaving this review because their food is very good and their in-store dining is great, but..... their pickup service is sorely lacking. About two months ago we ordered a family meal, and it was totally messed up but we didn't realize it until after the 15 minute drive back home. We had to go back there to get the missing food, so in total 45 minutes of wasted time. We placed a simple order today and my youngest son when to pick it up.
