"We were visiting from out of town and discovered Beavers through Guy Fieri 's Diners, Drive In and Dives . Beavers is anything but a dive, it had a nice easy going ambience, good food as advertised and friendly service. We liked it so much, we ate there two nights in a row. David the bartender was an outstanding host, as were the waitresses. We discussed the local beer seen in Houston. He also provided samples of beers on tap, to give us a taste of what we could mix and match with our food selection. All of the meats are smoked in house and they have unique appetizers. We were quite happy with both the food and service."
