"This is for customer service. I have ordered 21 times through Dickys app. (Not a 3rd party app) the order did not come until an hour after it said delivered. Then was wrong. I called the store and talked to assistant manager. He said he could not deliver another order so he would give me a sandwich next time I was in. I told him I don't come in much i order delivery. He said don't worry just next time in area stop in. So I did and the assistant manager said he could not replace it had been months. Plus delivery is through a 3rd party I need to contact them. I explained they could not help because I did it through dickies app. I have 21 orders and had almost 5,000 points because I ordered that much. He said sorry not replacing it. I said can I talk to person over him. He said that's GM. I asked for his numbers said he won't share it. Asked when he comes in so I can call he said no won't share when he's in. I lost my patience. This guy would not do anything. I showed him my app all orders. Did not care. Does not understand the 3rd party app can't help because it was not ordered through them. He kept saying they can't fix app order issues. He did not look up to see if guy put in my name. So sad the poor customer service at this store. You tell people GM is the only one who could refund order but won't share his contact info or when working. I left without a sandwich because I did not want food made by this rude guy. Managers need to communicate if there is a time limit for order to be replaced or refund that day instead. I have 4000 points right now and will not go back to this store"
