"Nice room! Food was good but the service was slow and our waitress added an extra desert and beer from our friends tab on our bill. That was her story anyway... got 'em mixed up. I didn 't ask our friends but I saw they had issues with the bill as well. I am not sure but I think they had only two servers working the room, a bartender and waitress and neither one of them seemed to be in a hurry when it came to service. We had to finally ask the bartender to get the waitress to take our order. She got us our drinks but never came back for the food order. I don 't know if it is important or not but the waitress was dressed a little strange as well. She had on this long flowy shirt thing and some kind of high heel shoes that weren 't really conducive to fast efficient service work. I think she liked gliding around like Stevie Nicks Maybe it 's just me but I think if she was dressed more appropriately it might have put her in the right frame of mind to service a room FULL of people with a little more accuracy and urgency. Anyway, we 'll go back, but probably just for the music. I dunno? My hamburger was pretty good, maybe I will go back for that. One more thing... When we were figuring out the bill mistake the waitress moved in a little close and even put her hand on my shoulder. I don 't think in this day and age (old person speak) that was appropriate either. I doubt she would have liked it if I put my hand on her shoulder."

"Unfortunately, our experience with the products was quite disappointing. I ordered a caramel macchiato, but it arrived without the caramel and espresso, essentially just a cup of steamed milk. My wife got a spiced chai that had barely any chai flavor in it. Since we were the last customers of the day, the staff closed up right after serving us and we couldn’t address the issues with our drinks. We really want to support local businesses, but it’s challenging when the items we receive are lacking the key ingredients that define them!"

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My husband and I visited during Memorial Day weekend, and it was an amazing experience. There was a young lady who handled both serving and bartending, and she was fantastic! The service was exceptional, and she greeted everyone with a smile. The food was delightful—the fish was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and fried to perfection. The shrimp soul rolls were so good that I wish they would deliver to Charlotte! Everything was outstanding! As for the drinks, I can't say enough. I particularly enjoyed the 'booster shot.' The live entertainment kept me singing all night long! I plan to return for the 4th of July. Keep up the Harlym vibe! Everyone should definitely check this place out!"

"Started off with no placemats on the table, not enough silverware to go around. Waitress bought water with no ice for four of us and later bought two more glasses out for remaining two. They got ice in theirs. Took our orders and we had to wait for her to come back so we could tell her what we wanted to drink. My food was slightly warm had to send it back. So they put it in microwave and heated it up. Absolutely the worst."
