"I ordered a bowl with beef and chicken teriyaki, rice, corn, pickles, seaweed and tempura flakes, which was tasty. However, they forgot to add my beef and chicken. Fortunately, they called me right away to apologize and issued a refund. That was the professional and right thing to do. Customer service is so important and it means a lot when a merchant takes accountability and values a customers concerns. I understand that mistakes happen. Therefore, I will give them another chance and look forward to trying their food again."
