"Lovely dining room with pleasant and attentive staff. Food was just ok for price. Salad app. was tasty with greens that were nicely dried and dressed,but otherwise, unremarkable. Husband and I each had tenderloin dish. The dish was well presented on very creamy mashed white potatoes and deliciously glazed baby carrots. My filet was cooked as requested, med.-rare, was a good cut and very tender; however, seasoning was too heavy with the garlic. My husband requested rare and his tenderloin was served well-done. It was replaced promptly with a properly cooked and seasoned filet. The apple crisp dessert was quite tasty. Overall, ok meal in pleasant esp. for that desolate area of VT. dining room."
