"We were staying at The Solamar and decided to pop in here for breakfast on Saturday morning. We were immediately seated and ordered coffee along with our two entrees. We were not in a hurry (since we were on vacation , but after being there for sometime, the waitress came up and apologized for the fact that our food was taking awhile. She had mentioned that the kitchen hadlost the ticket but she was going to put in the order and they'd fast track it. Because she was so attentive with our coffeerefills, we barely had even noticed we'd been waiting; but we were really impressed with her communication to even tell us whathad happened. When our food did arrive (Again, not even very late! , it was DELICIOUS. My husband ordered the classic breakfast(eggs, bacon, toast, etc. and I ordered the Chilaquilles. When we went to ask for our bill, Abigail, the sweetest and kindestwaitress, told us our meal was comp'd and she was so sorry for the wait. We were SO impressed with how attentive she was, howkind and how well she communicated about what was going on with our food. We left a significant tip because she was justseriously the best I asked her name before leaving because I knew we had to give a great review. Give Abigail a raise!"
