"The food, drinks, atmosphere service was amazing, 10 out of 10, BUT, I ordered the Bubble drink but our server try as he might) could not get the bubble to form atop the drink. I ordered it solely for the bubble but he was unable to produce it I was very sad. I couldnt take a pic of it like I wanted felt stupid for buying a $15 drink that just looked like an ordinary drink because my drink didn't have the feature that made it worth $15. It still tasted incredible but I'm a little bitter about it because it was what I'd been looking forward to the most : It's dumb but I was really disappointed. We were the only customers there so I felt like he could've kept trying, he had no other tables... Or he could've gotten the bartender to do it.. Caution to others to order “cute” Instagram worthy drinks at your own risk because you may not get everything you see in the picture. It will still taste amazing though. Side note, the wing skin was NOT crispy but I heated them up for 20 more minutes in the oven at home once they were crispy enough to try they tasted phenomenal lemon pepper). Best lemon pepper seasoning I've ever tasted. I also highly recommend the onion rings, fries tavern burger. The Campfire drink tastes just like Fireball. It's great because I like Fireball) but tastes exactly like Fireball just fyi...do with that what you will. The cocktail flight is the best thing on the menu that you HAVE to try. Comes with cute little souvenirs too."

"I wanted to give an update now that I've gone here many times for date nights and with friends over the last few years. It is definitely still among one of the best places in Binghamton for a classy date based on the overall ambiance and type of food they serve. So whether you sit on their gorgeous patio sharing tapas with friends in the summer sun or having a nice meal with drinks in their trendy indoor lounge during the colder months, it's a great experience. Some of my favorite dishes have been the steak tartare, ahi tuna, and their steaks. I generally like all of their tapas and only occasionally order large plates simply because I prefer the variety. I'll also add that, while I don't drink alcohol, they have a fairly extensive and interesting drink menu. In particular, they have a great selection of non-alcoholic mocktails which is great for non-drinkers and anyone looking for a break between drinks alike. However, I have seen a decline in the quality of their dishes over the years, hence the 4 stars. The Valentine's Day special this year, in particular, was pretty mediocre for $50/plate. So the value you get for your dollar can be a be hit or miss. The prices for regular tapas seem a bit more fair than their multi-course meals, in my opinion. The food is never bad, just sometimes lacking in what I expect for the price tag. I typically come here whenever I have something to celebrate over an intimate dinner or if I want to have some tapas and drinks with friends."

": Over the past 16 years, I've been fortunate to visit 68 countries and 36 states, exploring a diverse range of cuisines and regional flavors crafted by world renowned chefs. My passion for culinary exploration is complemented by a rigorous approach to restaurant reviews, focusing on three key criteria: Ambiance, Service, and Food. Given the online reviews and local suggestions I decided to take a group of people to this restaurant for a great evening of food, fun, and good conversation. Here is what I found. Ambiance: After navigating a narrow and steep drive up a hill, we arrived at the restaurant, which boasts a unique location but inviting to the customer. The decor inside and out was richly ornate, reflecting the restaurant's historical charm. The setting exuded a homely warmth, reminiscent of a cozy family dinner. Service: Although the wait staff demonstrated attentiveness, a significant issue arose regarding the timing of food service. A key concern for me is the synchronization of dish arrivals, and unfortunately, 4 out of 6 main courses were served while 2 diners were left waiting. We waited 3 minutes and 23 seconds for the remaining dishes to arrive. This lapse in timing was problematic and may have contributed to other noted issues. Drinks Food: We began with a round of cocktails, with selections including the House of Dragon, Fleur de l'Âge, and a classic Smoked Old Fashioned. The cocktails were intricately crafted with a sophisticated blend of flavors, justifying their premium price. However, the wine selection was disappointing; I had hoped to order a few bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon, but the majority were priced at $225 each. Appetizers: We started with the Mixed Game Grill, featuring the chef's choice of game meats and sausages with dipping sauces, and Humbolt Fog, a soft ripened goat cheese accompanied by fig compote, toasted walnuts, whipped chèvre, Provençal olives, and fresh brioche. The presentation of the Mixed Game Grill was lackluster, with the meat appearing simply arranged and some items served below room temperature. Although the dish was eventually comped, the presentation was concerning. In contrast, the Humbolt Fog was exceptional, showcasing a delightful mix of flavors and textures. Entrees: Our group sampled three entrees: Emu Fan Filet, Bison Shortrib, and Elk. The meats were well seasoned and cooked to perfection, highlighting their distinct flavors. However, the accompanying vegetables and potatoes were excessively salted, which overshadowed the quality of the meat. The garlic risotto was an exception, prepared with a well balanced flavor profile. Despite the appealing presentation, the entrees were served lukewarm, which was particularly disappointing given our previous feedback about cold dishes. Conclusion: While this restaurant has the potential to offer excellent food, my recent experience was not worth the premium pricing. I would recommend visiting with the expectation that the restaurant address issues such as food temperature and seasoning. It is preferable to add salt to taste rather than contend with over seasoned dishes that cannot be adjusted. One other side note: they knew it was one of the couples anniversary at the table, you would expect as a restaurant they would have brought out a small something sweet with a candle to celebrate the milestone."

"it was a small group for my birthday on the outside terrace and we loved our evening at inko absolutely! from attentive service to excellent dining to the delicious stiff drinks – everything was a hit. our server had so good energy and was always to check to make sure we were happy. they had no dessert in the night, so they even brought me a shot on the house to the birthday. she was extremely attentive, but with the perfect balance to let us enjoy in the evening. now on the food: we simply start with a we order a little of everything, but the standout was 100% of the juicy, they fall from the bone, sweet spicy robata baby ribs. Actually, I won't just order her. You can't go here without trying! the salmon was also super tasteful and perfect flaky/tender. the edamame was a basic but perfect start. the next big highlight was the sushi selection. although something limited each roll we order was a delicious bite! we had all three fish maki: spicy thunfish, raw salmon and chirashi. the spicy thunfish, a sushi classic, was simple and fresh. the chirashi was delicious and delivered a good mix. the raw salmon was the star of all makis. second, only to the ribs this is a must! it was fresh and honest just a good bite to round it out, we had the sweet one as horn side yes, because we needed more food. it was good, but no worm. Finally we accompanied the meal with some delicious and stiff drinks. the palomita was my personal favorite and defined what they want when they are a tequila person. the Japanese inspired nori old fashion was smooth and warming. I can't stand aperol, but the inko splash was refreshed! everything in all that was a perfect night. the cost was reasonable and the ambiente was perfect. my best advice? got here and order the ribs!"
