"This hotel is lovely, the staff is also wonderful, very friendly and attentive, the tea itself was OK. However, the tea price was $84, online and there is no mention that a gratuity would be included....the bill reflected $100 with no mention that it included a 20% tip and the server didn't mention it either, our fault that we just didn't pay attention as we were having a good time, and paid another 20% tip on top of that.. also, I called in advance for the parking price, the front desk told me it was $15, when I arrived, the valet told me $15 ...when we left the valet desk said it was $18! ... and that I was 5 minutes over. I gave her $20, no change...I feel slightly cheated... sadly, marring what was otherwise a nice afternoon. I'd like to recommend this, but am unable to do so."
