"**Food**
At $65 per person, the portions were meant to be shared but were not appropriately sized for the number of guests at our table. The appetizers and main courses were uninteresting and lacked seasoning. The pork shoulder was dry and overcooked. The dessert, however, was excellent, though it too was poorly portioned.
**Service**
The waitstaff could benefit from additional training in hospitality. Instead of focusing on serving the guests, they seemed primarily concerned with turning the tables, frequently asking if we were finished within the first 45 minutes. While I understand the need to manage seating efficiently, this felt excessive and poorly timed. Additionally, the chef at the grill was seen picking at and eating the meat he was cooking—not just tasting it, but taking bites of significant size. Lastly, the outdoor pizza oven was cluttered with napkins being used for storage, which is acceptable for a casual eatery but not for a restaurant charging premium prices.
**Atmosphere**
On a positive note, the interior of the restaurant is beautiful and the outdoor patio is very pleasant. However, the deck with the birch trees desperately needs maintenance; it appears to have gone at least two years without care.
**Parking**
The parking situation is dire, with a very small lot that can accommodate maybe five cars."
