"The food is good and generously portioned for the price. They really exemplify the concept of "underpromise and overdeliver." We ordered delivery the other day and were told it would take about an hour. After waiting for an hour, my wife called to check the status and was informed it would be an additional 5-10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, we called again, but this time, they didn't answer. We tried calling from our landline, but still no response. I then called on my mobile, and they answered, but as soon as I identified myself, they hung up. Frustrated, I called from my fax line, and they picked up. I stated that I wanted to cancel my order, and the person on the line said, "Don't hang up, I'll call the driver." I told him that they had hung up on me, and I was done. The delivery finally arrived about 10 minutes later, but we chose not to answer the door. The driver called us, and we explained that we no longer wanted the food due to the way we had been treated. He seemed to take our response personally. We have no plans to return, even after the owner offered an apology."
