"To whom it may concern, I recently discovered that any cash tips and card transaction tips are not properly distributed to the waiters/waitresses. The manager keeps all tips given. This is unacceptable. For those who don't know service industry people receive far lower wages hourly but should receive AND KEEP tips in order to level low wage hours. I would love to continue supporting a small family-owned business but I will not be doing so if the staff is not treated properly. I will be considered as an affidavit on the report going to the department of labor. The low wages in this country are hard enough already, people can't pay their bills this way!"

"We decided to get delivery from OliToki, and it was really good! We ordered the Toki Totchos, Cheesy Kimchi Fried Rice Balls, and OliToki Burrito. Totchos were fantastic. Easily the best thing we ordered. Rice Balls we're good but not as flavorful as the Totchos. The Burritos (we ordered bulgogi and spicy pork) depend on if you like kimchi. It kind of overpowers everything else. All in all though, this was really good and reasonably priced."

"This is the best restaurant in the world. It was during a lunch combination here that I discovered true inner peace. I forged lasting friendships and created wonderful memories in this beautiful place. Even though years have passed since my last visit, not a day goes by without me reminiscing about the delicious steamed rice or savoring the memory of its incredible soups. "If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for delivery and got an ETA of 20-50 minutes. After an hour, I called the restaurant and was told the driver was on their way. Over 1 1/2 hours of waiting and 2 phone calls my order arrived. They never called or texted to let me know my order was delayed. Not to mention they charged a delivery fee which should have been refunded due to the fact that they did not deliver anywhere near on time. The food was cold and bland. It is the most tasteless food I have ever had. I had to douse it in soy sauce just to give it flavor. I will never order from them again."

"We got some Boba drinks here, but then we decided to have dinner. Very casual. We liked the Bobba potion, but when we asked if they were cold like a smoothie or more liquid, the girl was not safe. You were a mixed smoothie guy. Good taste and refreshment for a hot day. We ordered a few plates, but when we asked a few questions, the girl couldn't answer what was in the plates. She went to ask and came back to us what was great, but she should be really better familiar with the products. Everything tasted good so that this is a plus. We probably go back and try more dishes."
